- In this video I will be making a 50Wx2 Bluetooth Boombox Speaker using PVC Pipe 160mm || 6.2’’. I will be using two pair of 4 Ohm 3’’ and 4’’ speakers with 5’’ two Bass passive radiators.

Superb Extreme Bass, much better than many others, available in the market.

You must isolate the left and right speaker, other wise it effect the Acoustic property.

I think it will more accurate for sound is you issolated air way from sub speaker and mid speaker. And wouldnt made damage for mid speaker cause air kick from sub speaker.

The biggest passive radiator I could find was 2" inches, i cant pay 100$ for a JBL or harman kardon passive radiator

@@clipblocks A speaker can produce highs without tweeters. It all depends on the tuning. If a speaker have a good tuning and no tweeters, it can have more highs than a speaker with tweeters and a bad tuning

Nice design. But the weakest part of this design is the use of glue to hold up the chassis against them 808 s and deep basses and leaving the four speaker without a grill. It will crack up repeatedly. Some big company will like your prototype though; great job.

I think that it is not 100 watts, unless in Poland it is calculated differently with us, it would have a maximum of 55 watts rms in Poland I have 3 pieces of 12 inch speakers and the whole set is 90 watts, are you some magician? or what makes smaller is stronger

Всё замечательно, но переднюю панель надо делать в три-четыре слоя, потому что очень большая нагрузка по весу и вибрации динамиков, и очень тонкие перемычки между динамиками. Изучайте науку "Сопротивление материалов".
а то, что стерео в один объем как бы не смущает? Свистоперделка или бубнилкобокс получается. Усь 2*50Вт, при это повышающий напряжение модуль на 80Вт, а динамики на 30 и 15 Вт. Динамики пара параллельно без фильтров. Зато "красиво" и своими руками.

12v DC Jack
A switch of some type
For cordless you will need 3 18650 li ion batteries and a 3s bms plus a proper charging module for the battery pack.
