18:38 Haha! Frank Skinner's comedy improv skills were always second to none. His ability to immediately find the funniest possible line is remarkable. Baddiel throws him right under a bus there, and yet he manages to effortlessly pick out 'What do we do with the drunken sailor' in that tune. I remember reading Frank's autobiography. He tells of when he was first starting to make waves as a newcomer in the comedy scene, he was going down a storm at the Edinburgh Festival and David, already established as Newman and Baddiel, was in the audience. David was really impressed with Frank's show, and decided to test him out by randomly shouting out "Don't I know you from medical school?" to see how he'd deal with such a bizarre heckle. Frank immediately responded "Oh yeah, weren't you the one in the jar?". Phenomenal.
Totally agree. It's really uncanny. There was one episode of unplanned where two girls were doing the secretary thing. One of them mishandled the mic in some way and some piece came off it. Frank teased them a little bit and one of the girls said, "Stop taking the mick!", to which Frank immediately replied, "Stop *breaking* the mic(k)!"
That's actually pretty cheap for 2002. Shops still sold loads of vhs back then. Up until 2004/5 is when DVD really started taking over in the UK. I worked in a music shop back then.
I know this is a bit random but I remember an episode of Unplanned where Frank made a joke(possibly involving a pun) about Down's syndrome and then said something like "That's probably the only joke about Down's syndrome you can do that won't offend anyone." Has anybody come across that on here or can you remember exactly what he said?
@@jamesg8175 Thanks for the reply. There are some episodes from that series on here, so I may come across that joke when I get a chance to watch said shows.

Thanks mate. Loved this show much back in the day!
Wow thanks for uploading this! I had it on VHS as a kid, watched it loads! Can't wait to see the show again
43:00 Frank Skinner is a comedy genius!
I love the atmosphere of the British comedy shows. A real audience participation
I love watching these old ones x
I used to have this on VHS. Frank's justification of outside toilets is so funny.
I miss this show.
He sat just behind me at the Baggies, in the Halfords Lane stand, quiet man nothing like he is on stage
I used to love this!
90's and ear;ly '00s comedy ... Before it's death... and the end of Frank being funny.
Frank is funny, he is Allan Partridge in real life
... shepherd's delight
Brilliant
30:11 someone should send this clip to that girl 🤔 its been about 26 years
Frank’s impression of Elvis Costello actually isn’t bad😂
It’s fooking so on point!
47:26 for anyone looking.
Cheers Mate!
great revelation in this video is................
columbos fake eye is playing the part of a real eye

@@amandamakinson426 crazy that you can't even buy them anywhere
There seems to be about 2 or 3 diff vids in this.
I wonder where and what Sarah is doing now. She's only a year younger than me.
What did we think to Baddiel apologising to Jason Lee??
Wonder if Tim is still married?
43:22 'I wondered, erm, if Russia invaded Turkey from the rear, would Greece help?'
Oh, god... XDXD Writing it out does not do it justice!!
'Did you have any input with regards to the....' Builder trying hard to sound clever.
hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
Frank Skinners honking pink shirt it 3 sizes to big. Look at the size of it. Lol
Late 90's fashion man. Button down shirts were massive!
When men dressed like men rather than wearing all that skin tight stuff like now.
HA HA HA this is so funny 😂😂😂
This must be old, ten pence for a cup of tea!
Very funny 😅😅😅
The pupil barrister is just as annoying all these years after

I actually know this moment. It comes from the question, why are rubber ducks yellow? It's an episode in series 4

S05E05 10:45 for the Down's joke. It was a callback to David's story about trying to break up a duck gangbang.
@@BunniMonster Thanks for that. ruclips.net/video/0MIuqQ8vu08/видео.html
David Badiell likes a double act
The female Barrister annoyed Me, trying to be smart all the time, no wonder she chose to train to be a Barrister.
David-posh lad-don't work
why does Skinner team up with an unfunny Baddiel??....aways puzzled me
Baddiel's entire career revolved around him partnering someone who was funny.
ýý
Didn't quite work as a show.
David Baddiel is such a comedic talent. This evening would be a disaster without him to carry Frank Skinner.
Baddeil is good. But imagine him alone? Ive seen his stand up and prefer Frank's.
Guys, they're both funny
*terry tibbs* I think it would be the other way round. I think frank would carry baddiel.
Jack Williams You don't like either one of them so why the fuck are you here?
They play off each other superbly
Frank and the useless comic and I was listening to his other-so unfunny
