I think this is what happened after the moment of you deleting Kinito pet's files. After his files were deleted, all that existed of Kinito was just a glitched figure. Kinito soon was roaming random files to possess it. Once he found a file that had the picture of a humanoid fox, he then enters the file becoming into who we know Foxo.
(This was because of how Foxo's AI voice sounds. This is all a joke btw.)
