    In this video I will show how to dismantle the Boss models 2436 and 2440 lasers in order to fit them through a doorway. This will work on most Boss Lasers. Let me know in the comments of any ideas that worked well for you on getting your laser inside.

    Thanks for the video. I had to use furniture dollies through a yard so it was definetely not as easy, but the disassambly was a huge help.

    Thank you for sharing because i my self thinking about getting one of them but the problem I’m having is the dimension of the entire machine in the size that i will really like to get & how it’s going to come through a regular size door . 🤦🏾‍♂️

      Yes it was not bad taking it apart. It was just very heavy so make sure you have plenty of help and dollies

      This machine is the Hp 2440. The bed it about 24 inch by 40 inch. The outside size is about 60 inches long, and 45 deep.

    Awesome job! Do you know if you could have removed the top third as well? Looks like it is also just bolted on like the bottom you removed. Thanks!

      Honestly I’m not sure. I don’t think so because the electronics are in the top and connect to all the rest. I think it would be very complicated

    My door is 33". Think it would still fit?

      It’s suppose to be 32 inches when done like this so it should. It will have to be perfectly straight going through.
