I just heard Ryan Adam's When the Stars go Blue and I have to say sorry Ryan but This version of it by Andrea Corr and Bono knocks yours out of the park. Does anyone agree.? Andrea's and Bono' s version is fantastic. Much much better.
But Ryan gets bonus points for writing the song.
@@miguelservetus9534 Hi Miguel. With great respect to you and Ryan. Yeah Ryan did write the song and yes he certainly deserves credit for it. It's a a great song but I still think Andrea and Bono made a better job singing that song. Let's put it this way they all deserve credit. This is the one time that I think the original artist is outdone singing his own song. Usually nobody can knock the original and nobody can top it. Usually I'm all for the original just not this time. I still think Andrea and Bono knocked spots off his version. But I have to hand great credit to Ryan for the songwriting. I say this with great respect to you and to Ryan himself. He'll always be the songwriter and will always receive credit for it. But a lot of songwriters do hand over some songs they write to somebody else. Like Mike Campbell of Tom Petty and the Heartbrokers wrote Boys of Summer and I loved that song but he handed it over to Don Henley and he made a fantastic job of it and it was a great hit for Don Henley but Mikd Cambell is and always will be the songwriter. Nobody can take that away fro m him. But he knows he did the right thing in giving that song to Don Henley otherwise it probably would never be heard of and let's face it that would h azccc ve been a great shame. What I'm saying is Ryan might have been better to give that to Andrea and Bono. And still get the credit and maybe more as the songwriter. To answer your question Bono wouldn’t ever cheat on his wife! Now they might have an agreement about that but that’s not my business nor anyone else’s. From what I understand she has the hots for Ron Woods she even said it during this special concert for VH1. She said he was her favorite Stone and the way she looked at Ronnie during the whole song of Little Wing. Plus Ronnie telling her love you and then saying thank you for having me in her ear.

@Dave H. I believe that the Coor's are Irish and this video was filmed in Dublin. Have they ever toured the U.S. where I'm at? My introduction to the band was on RUclips. They never became as popular as I believe they should have. Not sure why?

Two beautiful songs done very beautifully by two great singers that just fit perfectly together in every way. Thank you Andrea and Bono for 2 masterpieces. The way you sing Summer Wine has me mesmerised I love it. I read a comment below and someone said that Andrea and the rest of the Corrs are so underrated and I DO agree 100% with this. But there are many of us that know their true worth and love them for the beautiful people they are and their talent and long may they last. They are unique and I ' ve loved them since day 1. I have their CDs and I treasure them and would not part with them for anything. Saying that Bono' s voice on Summer Wine is incredible. I love it. Nobody else could do it better. It feels like a Johnny Cash song from the 50's and I love everything about it. Well done Andrea and Bono that was a pure tonic for the soul. God bless you both and the Corrs. Their "When The Stars Go Blue" murders my heart, and that violin part ending the song leaves me wonder-struck.
I just happened upon the course just recently and I think they are fabulous I really enjoy their accents and they're singing ability. I also think they're beautiful women and a beautiful band. The songs that they sing with Bono really accent how beautiful the songs and the musicians are thank you for being you You've got a favorite fan from now on!!!
