I love this song. This SHOULD'VE a single in 89 or 90. Brian is on this.
Definitely sounds like him on the chorus for sure, I've always wondered rather or not he's on Somewhere Near Japan too.
Really great song. Superb harmonies, lead vocals, bass vocal, and a catchy tone. The instrumental part so good.

al jardine songs usually slap the hardest: great rhythm, great harmonies, sweet romantic lyrics & really rocking melodies.

Love this song. it's one of those deep tracks they never play on the radio. So glad I was gifted "Still Cruising" by my mom many years ago. It's got the Fat Boys song on it to which is so dang crazy and funny! I must have seen that video on MTV 100 times back in the 80s.
Got the album from my dad as a child in the nighties.
My measurement of a good album is do I skip tracks? I'm not the 'oh The Wall is the greatest album ever' crowd. I never skipped any tracks on Still Cruisin. I got a really good Tina Turner greatest hits that I never skipped around on too. This compared to some CDs where I shelled out $18 for one stinkin song... Remember those days before iTunes and YT?

It would appear that a lot of the older albums just get into the heads of younger fan creating new generations of fans who have to seek out all the different music that the Beach Boys have produced.
I disliked the sixties hits regurgitate on the album but part of my introduction to The Beach Boys in the early 70s was a nicely selected complilation album so it looks as if the Still Cruisin did it's job of keeping people listening to them.
A number of good fun songs in the album.
