To my mind Kashmir was the most beautiful place on planet earth but after seeing Norway I think this country has been bestowed with beauty and wise people to live in harmony with nature.... Such cleanliness everywhere..... No unthoughtful constructions... Even roads are drawn with minimum damage to the faces of hills... God bless this beautiful country.

What a beautiful little film and shows Norway at its best. The part about the little girl's hand moving in the night because she was probably still alive was heart-breaking. I've been across to Norway approximately 7 times now(I live in Shetland and we used to be part of Norway). This film melts my heart and makes me yearn to go back once again. The whale we see around 8:00, does not look like a killer whale, but a porpoise (nise in Norwegians). This is a small whale that is not uncommon in Norway. By the way, thanks for all the footages from Norway! I'm Norwegian, but living abroad. It's nice to see places on the west cost of Norway, I did visit when I was still living in Norway. Something who is difficult to get on the movie, is how relaxing everything is, the fresh air, how pure everything is, the nice people who living there, etc.. And, one fjord stands out from the next. Even for us Norwegians, who do not live in this area, but live more urban, this is something unique to experience. Being present gives a far stronger impression than what can be experienced from a movie: Smells, sounds, and as mentioned above, the fresh air. It's like experiencing something unreal. Even on days with a little rain and 18-20 degrees, the impression of everything is so strong that you do not notice the bad weather. And as the explorer Roald Amundsen said; it's not something called bad weather, just bad clothes.
