Just as I thought. Before the kids, she was his "personal Janet Jackson" (Anytime, Anyplace, I don't care who's around type of woman.) After the kids came and she got settled into the marriage, the complacency set in, life was begging for the both of them and the frequency started to fall of and now they're on the show. She now has the mindset that "as long as I'm giving him some, he should be happy with that." She is now his "Avery" from Being Mary Jane (Season 1). I got that in the first 2mins. She even looked uncomfortable talking about sex as if it's a chore. Watch her body language when he mentions about her not taking initiative. They'll be OK tho, I have faith in them.

Right now, he needs to make her life very blissful and easy around the house. Who likes having sex, if you have to go into military mode to clean your home? Engage her sons into helping her out around the house. For at least a month, she should not have to go grocery shopping or remind those guys to take out the trash. Then she needs to work on her personal needs and getting to know how she can please herself in front of her husband. If, she can't tell him, then keep a "sex" journal, so he can read how to please her. Most women want to have sex, but it starts outside of the bedroom. The kinder you are increases the likelihood of having a romantic event. It shows her that you care and it will work in your favor...She then feels good and will allow herself to be pleasured by her partner and to also pleasure her partner.
