      They seem to have some technical problems but the manufacturer is trying to rectify them. The HUGE problem is that the Russians are unable to provide parts and technical support. If they did, airlines in Asia Africa and other countries would buy the Superjet

      @@siddasgupta679 как и любой самолёт в мире сухой собирается из деятелей разных стран. Проблема из-за контракта с французами, ведь они главные поставщики двигателей

    I have always liked the look of the SSJ very sleek. This is a nice compilation of aircraft. Just a shame that the aircraft wasnt more of a success with western operators. All of these have now been taken out of Cityjet fleet.

    Looks like SSJ is slowly breaking into the market and that's awesome. I hope some American carriers buy this aircraft so I could fly on it one day, it is a beautiful looking aircraft.

      WHAT BULSHIT BECAUSE THE FIRST RUSSIAN SUPER JET CRASHED DURING A DEMONSTRATION KILLING ALL PASSENGERS. BY THE WAY THE RUSSIAN SUPER JET NEEDS , MADE IN THE USA GENERAL ELECTRIC CFM JET ENGINES TO FLY. WITHOUT MADE IN THE GOOD OLE USA GENERAL ELECTRIC JET ENGINES THE SUPER JET WOULD NOT BE APRROVED TO FLY IN EUROPE. OTHER COUNTRIES AND THE USA.

      Kimberly Williams - Yes, that plane crashed, only you know but you do not want to say the reason for this tragedy - a pilot error. Then, you use the capital letters, so you shout, why? Something is bothering you? Perhaps the fact that this plane started to buy and companies beyond the political influence of Russia so you can no longer comment on "Putin ordered to buy".
      Not! They are buying them because they recognized quality, and if you do not like that fact - that's your problem!

    Another intetesting fact about the Sukhoi invasion is that they were all Irish registered (EI)

    • @F1PrivateJetSpotter
      @F1PrivateJetSpotter  6 лет назад +1

      Tony Walsh Brussels Airlines leased them from Cityjet (Irish or EI)

  • @billybellend1155
    @billybellend1155 7 лет назад

    The Brussels Airlines SuperJets are operated by CityJet which itself leases 6. The SuperJet has to have winglets retrofitted as the approach speed is too fast causing hard landings. Notice tail plane oscillating? Wouldn’t happen on a western aircraft.

    THIS IS A SINGLE ISLE JET AND NOTHING GREAT ABOUT IT BUT YOU CAN READ AND LEARN The GE CFM engine cores are made by General Electric in the United States of America! so there will be no misunderstanding you can visit the link below will make you realize that these high quality jet engines where designed and built by General Electric Plant in Ohio, USA to this very day. Airbus, COMAC and the Russian Super Jet depend on General Electric who licenses jet engines them. China and Russia. Please realize without USA Technology these planes would not be flying with the us engines. Visit the link below and learn that Airbus planes use Made In USA General Electric Jet Engines because their safe, dependable and durable. France does not build jet engines because the lack the technology and quality of General Electric Aviation and Jet Engine Manufacturer. CFM International CFM56 - Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CFM_International_CFM56 The CFM International CFM56 (U.S. military designation F108) series is a family of high-bypass ... The engines are assembled by GE in Evendale, Ohio, and by SNECMA in Villaroche, France. .... the initially strict export agreement, which meant that GE's core was built in the U.S., then shipped to the SNECMA plant in France .. TELL ME WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE TRUTH? CFM International CFM56 - Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CFM_International_CFM56
    Your wrong and the leap is in the 737MAX because GE owns half, The GE CFM engine cores are made by General Electric in the United States of America! so there will be no misunderstanding you can read and visit the link below that will make you realize that these high quality jet engines where designed and built by General Electric Plant in Ohio, USA to this very day. Airbus, COMAC and the Russian Super Jet depend on General Electric who licenses them to France. China and Russia. TELL ME WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE TRUTH? CFM International CFM56 - Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CFM_International_CFM56 BY THE WAY GE responsibility for the high-pressure compressor (HPC), the combustor, and the high-pressure turbine cores (HPT); SNECMA was responsible for the fan, the low-pressure compressor (LPC), and the low-pressure turbine (LPT).[14] SNECMA was also responsible for the initial airframe integration engineering, mostly involving the nacelle design, and was initially responsible for the gearbox, but shifted that work to GE when it became apparent that it would be more efficient for GE to assemble that component along with their other parts. IN ESSENCE THE PATTON FOR GE ENGINE CORE BELONGS TO GENERAL ELECTRIC WHICH HAS EVOLVED AND REFINES THIS ENGINE SINCE 1970 MAKING THE MOST DURABLE AND SAFEST JET FOR COMMERCIAL AIRLINERS. You have to realize Airbus is dependent on us jet engines build by General Electric and Pratt Whitney. Presently Boeing and General Electric have and Exclusivity Contract that bars Airbus from using the following General Electric Jet Engines. The GE G-90 uses on the 777 and the new GE-9X to be used on the Boeing 777-8X, 777-9X and 777-10X. The General Electric Genex1b and Genex2b are restricted to the 747-8I and and 787-8, 787-9 and 787-10 and the all new 737-MAX-10. When Boeing builds a new plane it builds it builds a new custom engine and this is why Boeing and General Electric have Exclusivity Contracts because Airbus bought off the rack jet engines that Boeing paid billions to develop without paying a royalty to Boeing. The General Electric CFM engines where customized for the first 737. This put and end to Airbus taking advantage of Boeing technology and now they have to order their jet engines through rolls rolls which have older technology with a tendency to explode.
    1973 Nixon-Pompidou meeting[edit] Two men in suits stand to the right, with uniformed military officers nearby. Both men are waving and smiling. U.S. President Nixon (left) and French President Georges Pompidou (right) prior to the 1973 U.S.-French summit in Reykjavík, Iceland Despite the export license being rejected, both the French and GE continued to push the Nixon Administration for permission to export the F101 technology. Efforts continued throughout the months following the rejection, culminating in the engine becoming an agenda topic during the 1973 meeting of Presidents Nixon and Pompidou in Reykjavík. Discussions at this meeting resulted in an agreement that allowed the development of the CFM56 to proceed. Contemporary reports state that the agreement was based on assurances that the core of the engine, the part that GE was developing from the military F101, would be built in the U.S. and then transported to France in order to protect the sensitive technologies.[11] The joint venture also agreed to pay the U.S. an $80 million royalty fee (calculated at $20,000 per engine predicted to be built) as repayment for the development money provided by the government for the F101 engine core.[5] Documents declassified in 2007 revealed that a key aspect of the CFM56 export agreement was that the French government agreed not to seek tariffs against American aircraft being imported into Europe. There is not doubt the CFM ENGINE WAS 100% MADE IN USA GENERAL ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY!!!

    Такой красивый самолетик. Прекрасно дополнил коллекцию авиалайнеров в европейских аэропортах. Но... И эту позицию Россия просрала, как всегда бесславно, благодаря своей забюрокраченности и неспособности оперативно решать вопросы послепродажного обслуживания. Ибо, говорят на Руси исстари: Неча на зеркало пенять, коли рожа крива.
