It depends how you define heart. Christ's "11th" commandment to love one another states that from love, all other commandments take care of themselves. When we say "heart", there is a countless multitude of emotions that visit our heart. Christ and the Holy Spirit tell us which emotions to listen to, and which ones to ignore.
