What is the best practice for using a turntable with the Eva? I noticed you have some texture or tracking markers on yours. Since the Eva is tethered it is harder to rotate it around a stationary object but I lose registration often when using a turntable. Thanks!

Dan, there are two main things to keep in mind when using a turntable with an Artec Eva. First, and most importantly, make sure the turntable is large enough that the scanner never captures the floor/table behind it. You never want the scanner to see the turntable moving and background info behind it changing relative to the turntable. Second, make sure you have some texture variation on the turntable - this is 100% necessary, but the more information the better for registration while scanning. Let us know if this helps and if you have any other questions!

    Hello
What are the criteria for origin coordinates when scanning with Eva?

The origin is determined based on where you start your scan. That said, it's very easy and common to reorient the scan after it's completed in Artec Studio

    What about the color accuracy.
Can be get the exact model with same colors?

Color accuracy is a little subjective. You can throw an xrite color checker in the scan and then make adjustments in lightroom.
