    Two were a bit of a challenge as my triceps are still very much a work in progress and it's hard to get my right arm over my shoulder. All in all, a very helpful video and added a few new exercises to my day. Thanks.

    Nice video! I do 30 reps of 5 different exercises with my 10-pound weights and do some of the same exercises that you do in this video.

    hey! enjoyed this video! always coming up ways to challenge yourself, and your viewers!
    Ive certainly started feeling much stronger in my arms since following you! Ive been trying to ditch the slide board for car transfers, but having trouble with my butt just never making it up high enough.. I don't know If my arms are just to short to push up with getting my buns to make the clearing, lol. any tips?
