and like, I watched it again and overmars provided him with 12 chem points without including his own 9. so the fact that nep even considered picking fucking thomas muller who wouldn't do shit for him is an insult to intelligence itself

It would need some calculating but you could still actively choose players and actually have an impact on the draft (rating, chemistry and average pace). For the final rating the average pace gets added on the draft rating. Average pace 80 + 192 = 272 The goalkeeper slot should not be part of the calculation because you could put an outfield player in there and that would not lead to a fair result.
