Excellent. Mud water story is too good and the way u narrated it. I used to struggle to switch to watching the breath when thoughts come and my focus goes there. Now, Whenever I lost focus on thoughts, I m thinking that muddy water transforming to clean water and I am back to observing breathe. I could feel that it is happening in a fraction of seconds.
