I'm pretty sure this game is broken at least on consoles such as mine (an original NTSC 1/1/1) making it prone to random game crashes (which the game responds by auto-resetting). Got far in it a few times as a kid, only to get kicked backed to the copyright screen which I learned to dread. :(
I've confirmed that the underwater level is basically impossible on my console as even touching some walls crashes it.

"Beat the game" lol This game reminds me of platformers on the Amiga. Awful and confusing as hell. Anyways, impressive run! :)
