key point missing from the video is where are the +ive and -ive connections in the front doors ?
The rear door wires i used same but no 12v power. Very confused as volt metre show it is dead. But the windows etc all work and the switch drivers side is on

The live and neural you can also test with 12v meter
Did you face any AUX issue? I have the same setup but no sound. :/
AUX is selected but no sound (W166, NTG 4.5)
I think I had similar issue, I think you just connect it to the other USB port and it will load up
Is it possible to use Mercedes own app on the monitor in the car to change colors? Is there a way, even if it costs more?
Yeah using an OBD and tricking the system into thinking it was specced onto the car

Do you know the answer to this yet? I was fitting into a a class today and used a pos and neg connection as tested by my meter, even my ambient door box power cable tests as 12v but my box doesn’t light up. :(

which OBD did you use to activate ambient lighting as I can't find a proper one online which one would you recommend?
Do you mean for all the lights installed? The ones on the doors and dash are app controlled. Vents can be app controlled or coded in to the cars screen remotely

@@alanireland7537 @nainstrivedi668 he never replied, I bought a tester and I maked tiny holes on the wires to check with the tester. With the front doors I connected it to the front lighter, and the back ones to the back lighter, it’s a bit more complicated because u need to pass the cables through the door to inside the car and it’s hard… plus I needed to buy normal cable to extend it from the lighters to the doors, because the light kit I bought had really short cables…

@@sahotadnb7392 this is what I went with the air vents aswell was to much your more than welcome to come see my set up first so you can confirm what you want
It's easy if you have the Bluetooth module bro hardest part is getting to the driver side vent if you want it to be ran off your centre screen you need to have ntg5.0 or use a obd chip to activate ambient lighting menu. App controlled modules are the easiest, tho if you are only doing the vents, it would take a maximum of 2 hours

@@DamianopieroTodaro the vent closest to the door pull this out and run the LED tracking down the dash and the wire end being just above the glove box
