Way to be in position to take advantage of even the smallest of mistakes! Car looked good and great job by the entire Holmes crew. A lot of people say,” It was a group effort” but day in and day out your whole family proves what it takes and that is such a special thing. You guys keep on truckin and God bless you guys. Safe travels brotha.
I agree with your dad definitely a good night considering that was the first night for that set up on the 18T at Skagit. Thank you for sharing this video with us. May yall have a good one. Have fun take care
Great run Tanner, do you ever run close to the Tri-Cities or YAKIMA Washington? I can't really travel far or I would see you race, but that's the distance my back will take, and then sit in the bleacher to watch. Would love to see you race sometime. Good luck at your next race.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Did well to avoid incident, and great for you to run in lap traffic as I've always been concerned with your hesitancy sometimes throttling off (balls getting bigger hahaha)
Kiddo, Trey Starks has won 4 races at Skagit. He's the man there. Coming second was a great showing for your first time up there. Now for Dirt Cup weekend. Go get 'em. 👍
Good run tanner hopefully you come around davenport Iowa to race some time. High limit was here today but it rained out. Hopefully they come back. But good luck on the next one. Keep it up
Yo tanner do you replace your screens on your gopro case when they crack from rocks? Mine got cracked last year and I can't find replacement screens and I heard they dont sell them. Lookin fast bud!
You looked really fast. A little tight coming off but you really charge the turns. You all are on a great run. Hope to see you whoop the NARC bunch. God bless!
YOU LOOK, YOU DRIVE, AND YOU SOUND WHAT YOU HAVE BECOME,,A SEASONED 410 SPRINT CAR DRIVER. IT HAS BEEN A FULL 2 YEAR CLASS WITH A CLASS ACT. CONGRATS YOU ARE SOMEONE TO MENTION WHEN OTHER DRIVER ARE TALKING ABOUT WHO IS AT THE TRACK, YOUR NAME WILL BE IN THAT CONVERSATION!
Tanner. I noticed when you came out of 2 on back stretch on lap 15 there was not so much a bobble but you definitely slowed, as well as the cars behind you. Take another look. Good race. As your dad said, 1st time this year here. Remember these fellers race here every week so they are accustomed to how this track behaves. Your analysis was fairly accurate on running harder but remember, this is just a tuneup for the Dirt Cup and I suspect you'll also be back here for the High Limit Series race. Keep looking at 1 and 2 because they are shorter. You made a comment recently on how you went to the burm one time and then pitched off the burm that jettisoned you immensely. I know you can't remember all of the comments but I once referred you to this a year or more back. Fred Brownfield used this technique several times in races, not always but when he could make up ground in a hurry, and in a hurry he did. Sometimes 3-4 cars at a time. Timing is everything and you have to be able to know how to accomplish it without getting caught in the burm web and getting sucked into it. I called it the "J" hook. If you looked at the corners you know about where each one starts and end and the other begins. He would do the hook just at the entry of 2 then like making a period, do an almost 90 degree hook straight through corner 2. It requires good right bite but also balance with the left as it also will be needed to give you the balanced rocket boost. I can say one thing about it when Fred made that work it was pure speed. It is what I would call, a great trump card to keep if one needs the extra near the end. Skagit can be exciting and then again it like all other tracks, can cause much mayhem so keep an eye on soft spots in all corners. What happened to the 21 on the last lap may have been one. Went back again and looked at lap 15. You were drifting out of 2 and when you went up too far, your forward bite went away, no traction in that one area. the following laps you stuck it down a car width and that provided that bite or right up against the wall. Madge....
It's a great view from. Your cameras you see an awesome very smooth handling car with minimal momovement and the close up view shows you sawing away nice to watch
Great video! Lots of filming and editing work here. Feel like the quality of your videos is always getting better as time goes on, really appreciate it. Who does your filming with multiple angles during a race? Keep these coming. Thank you ❤🎉
Well done mate all good things come to those who waite a only matter of time I do argee with your becoming very aggressive boss that car around well done
That race was top 3 or 4 were in a line about the same speed. Track was too wet, so it was almost flat to the pan. nice call not making changes for the main from the heat. Sometimes you just need to run the heat race set up to see what happens in the main.
It looked like you were a little bit up out of the surface compared to the 1st/2nd place cars, especially down low when you would hook the left front. Made you have a ton of tire hop. Great run and a great practice for the new package.
Good speed and luck. Great night, still need some extra, more risk, search the lines, a higher gear, to be able to pass the leaders.!? The efforts will pay off , stay focused on the task, Win Big. Love your personality and family. Carly, Mom and Dad Love all of it, thanks. Keep Rocking and Racing 💜
I am a retired sprint car driver. I felt if your right rear corner was not so soft you would have smoked the bunch. Love watching you run.

Good work. You've gotten so good through traffic.
Nice Job Tanner and Team! Keep digging!👍🏁
Tanner is becoming quite the "Wheelman" driving through the lapped traffic. Good job, young man!
The way you drove through that wreck was insane and scary AF bro.... glad nothing more came from that. Hanmer down scary fast track.
Been watching you for 7 years and your content still amazes me 👍
2nd again on a lots lap traffic track, great job driving thru the cars n crash. GOOD job, young man!
Another great drive. Love the aggressiveness lately!! That first 410 win is coming soon. Great job by Carly and crew.
👍🏻 ten nine is incredibly fast. Good camera work , good video
Wow. You were flying around that track.
Good solid run. That just looked fun yet frustrating with the lap cars.
Stay safe out there, Tanner. I enjoy your videos.
Great running lately glad to see you're doing good always thank the fans and compliment the track, it shows good ethics
Carly and the driver are making good setup calls. The car really holds speed midcorner and off.

Almost got it, tough with Trey starting on the front row out there and you still almost had it.
Yo tanner do you replace your screens on your gopro case when they crack from rocks? Mine got cracked last year and I can't find replacement screens and I heard they dont sell them. Lookin fast bud!
You have to be there to take advantage of the mistakes of others. Great run.
