Had these taco vendors in Cabo San Lucas try to get a relatively drunk guy to pick up this puffer fish that was washed up on the beach. It was still alive but like 30 feet from the ocean. I told him not to pick it up because I didnt know if it was one of the poisonous ones. The taco vendors got pretty pissed at me for stopping the guy. I yelled back at them to come pick it up then, if they had the balls. They shut up real quick after that. What most dont know about Cabo San Lucas is that if the locals call the ambulance, they get a reward. Your a tourist they dont want you to see anything bad, but that doesn't mean there aren't corrupt individuals.
