Based on the Fact that she's still in game. I believe she did survive the explosion as when Gangplank. Another character from bilgewater died in the lore. They removed him from the game temporarily until he was revived Jinx never left the game However, it's still tragic. She had to leave behind Vi, the only one she had left that still loved her. I do. Hope they expand more on her lore in the future.And what she's doing now as the stories that they write catch up to the modern version of the lore in game
games canon is not canon to arcane. They said characters won't have plot armor, and their death in the series won't affect their existence in the game. You can consider that the summoner's rift is a place out of space and time, characters are summoned, wether they are alive or not in runeterra, that's also why they can be in the same place at the same time when their actual timeline don't matchup and they would've not been able to meet each others.
