Im a fresher just recently got selected mainly this Type of question. They ask tell me something about yourself. What year did you complete your education. Mainly they talk about gap in education years so give them a valid answer. You have to say thing only they will benefit them, and their company. Don't tell them about your past future plan like you want to become an actor, business men. Etc hope this will help to fresher.
I have been working in Convergys about 5 years as Customer support associate 2. The office is in Gurgaon Haryana. I quit my job in 2021 or 22 now, I am so regreted😊 otherwise I would have become a TL or Assistant Manager 😅, I quit my job because I am not a healthy person especially to work at night shift is not good at all. To clarify your question you're right but there are lots of BPO companies. Like you mentioned in Teleperformance for Indian process it starts at 18k and for International 21k but he is at a different BPO company so it varies But what I would like to suggest is please it's not a healthy job let it be the last choice to employment... It's very stressful see our brother's eyes I have those same eye bags and stuffs
