Yogita: Today again this stove got wet.
Mohini: What happened Yogita?
Yogita: See this Mohini, I had prepared the stove 2 days ago. Firstly, in this cold weather, sunlight comes only once in a week. In that too, it gets wet everyday due to dew. Now, how can I cook food on this wet stove?
Mohini: Yogita, what can we do now in such cold? Let's go and cut wood. If it gets dark, we won't be able to cut wood.
Narrator: Mohini Yogita and the other three daughters-in-law go to the forest to cut wood. It is winter season. There are cold winds and dew all around, due to which all five daughters-in-law are shivering, but still, forgetting the cold, they cut wood. And when she returns home, Yogita's eyes fall on an iron bucket kept in the courtyard.
Yogita: What is this iron bucket doing here?
Mohini: This bucket was broken at the bottom so it is no longer fit for filling water so I kept it here
Yogita: It is not suitable for filling water but it is suitable for making a fireplace. We can put wood inside it, burn that wood and cook food comfortably on it. Due to cold, it will not be affected in any way and along with cooking, We can also warm our hands and feet with it
Narrator: Yogita puts the sticks inside that iron bucket and those sticks. All five daughters-in-law's husbands, out of which Yogesh and Mohit used to work as porters at the railway station, while Mohan, Ajay and Suraj used to lift sacks in the vegetable market and work as laborers in the factory.
Kunti: (shivering) Huh…huh daughter-in-law, I am feeling very cold, please blow something on me, daughter-in-law.
Mala: (crying) There is nothing else in my house except this torn sheet.
Shagun: (crying) Maaji, I can't bear to see you in such a condition.
Kunti: (shivering) Huh.. I think daughter-in-law, it's time for me to leave, now I can't bear this harsh cold anymore.
Mohini: (crying) No maji, don't say that, what will happen to us if something happens to you?
Narrator: Seeing their mother-in-law suffering from the cold, all the five daughters-in-law have tears in their eyes, but poor Mohini is unable to bear this. She goes out of the house crying, when suddenly Mohini notices a big picture standing at a distance from the house. -goes to big banana trees

Narrator: Mohini herself climbs a banana tree and plucks banana leaves from there and takes them inside the house.
Mala: Mohini, why did you bring these banana leaves?
Mohini: Look what I will do with these banana leaves.
Narrator: Mohini joins those banana leaves together with the help of her hand sewing and fills small pieces of cloth inside them and takes the quilt made of banana leaves and blows away her mother-in-law.
Kunti: After covering myself with the quilt of these banana leaves, I am not feeling cold at all.
Mohini: Yes maji, because its leaves are very big and thick too, hence you are not feeling cold, I have also filled pieces of clothes inside it which prevent the cold from passing through.
Mala: But what to do with the cold winds that come inside the house through the broken roof and door?
Narrator; Listening to Mala, Mohini applies the remaining banana leaves on the broken door and on the roof, due to which cold winds no longer come inside the house and the house remains warm, but due to the labor and porter's work. The income of the five leaves was so low that sometimes the entire family had to sleep hungry.
Shagun: My condition is getting worse due to hunger, there is nothing to eat at home, I have not eaten anything for 2 days.
Mala: While cutting wood in the forest, I saw some fruit trees. We go to the forest and pluck those fruits. We will survive by eating those fruits only.
Narrator; The five daughters-in-law, shivering from the cold, go out to search for fruits in the forest. Even after searching for a long time, they do not find any fruit worth eating, when
