- Rob and I embark on a 5-day backcountry archery elk hunt. We get into them early on the first morning and then it's non-stop action from there! This hunt was filmed with a GoPro 10 and our iPhones. Click the link below to see what other gear we used!

Great bull! Paying respect first is something I've come to practice. Highs a lows on both parts and we owe it to the harvest. A great victory nonetheless.

Good scenery, good video. Except going after a bull so soon after a shot. Most people I’ve watched wait about an hour.

Great video men ,well filmed, nice first bull, those cut-on-contact broadheads are my favorite , i use the muzzy phantoms, what state were you hunting in ? Montana ? had me on the edge of my seat all the way through...........
Cut-on-contact are my favorite too! Elk are very tough animals. The first shot punched right through the shoulder blade. Granted that wasn’t my intention, since it essentially stopped the penetration. I was lucky enough to get a follow up shot. And then he still ran a couple hundred yards! And yes we were hunting Montana on this one. Thanks!
