Me, my dad, and a couple buddies are going to brushy the weekend before thanksgiving. Getting there Thursday night, leaving sunday. We could use a local guy in the group, its our first time going.
So, the end of the trail is at the base of the hill, climb, next to the parking lot. Thanks for the video, my brother. I'm going to continuing to study this trail you just rode. It's my next level on my riding skills.
So, blue is green except when green is green. The green that that the map calls green, looks a little easier to ride, like one would would expect from a beginner trail. The blue 1A on the map which has sign's saying they are Green 1A on the trail (blue on map) seems a kittle harder to ride than the Green 1A trails on the map. Which is what I would expect if the map is correct and the whole left side of the map is actually Blue 1A (intermediate) instead of green 1A (beginner).
@@fullthrottleenduro6889 It was just a thought. I don't think my phone is set up for that. I've have researched your video extensively, stopping every minute or so and comparing it to the map. I believe I can do it without getting lost. I will be so excited when I make it through the 25 mile loop.
at 1:06:31, there's a fork. Green ! to the right, which is suppose to be Blue 1. Still haven't seen the 15 mile marker and there shouldn't be a "green" trail on this whole side of the map. map.
Green doesn’t only designate difficulty rather a main route, the correct direction and/or route back towards the office from my understanding Brushy isn’t great at labeling trails green/blue/black difficulty Wise lol

Unfortunately I won’t be around that weekend! Wish I could help
I never get tired of watching this.

Went there yesterday it was a blast! I will definitely remember this loop that you took and will hit this next time I go
PURE HEAVEN
I absolutely intend to conquer this 25 mile loop.
Just awesome! What time of year was that?
Well I went back yesterday and did the 25 mile loop! See my comment below
Dude! Save some trails for the rest of us.... Did you do the whole park in the weekend?
Haha pretty much!
Is the hill at 55:17 on the Brushy Map and does it chop of a segment of trail 1A?
That’s correct it’s cuts a segment of 1A short but the hill is very steep and it’s only a few tenths of a mile savings
I might get E-vaced, , but I'm damn sure going to try it.
at 1:02:43 it says "green dot" to the left. According to the way I'm reading the map, It should be a Blue 1A

I’m number 500 from the races
I'll pay you to lead me through this trail.
Is this the brushy in IL or NC
Taylorsville NC
at 59:00 I'm assuming you are still on 1A and haven't passed the 15 mile marker yet.
[
Not 100# sure what mile marker I’m at around 59:00 but I would guess 14-18 the furthest point of 1A gets to be all bright orange red clay dirt
1:10:19.. Just saw mile marker 20. So, if Blue 1A is actually Green 1A, then I know where I'm at for the first time in a while.
Just got to remember "WHO" IS ON FIRST. "WHAT" IS ON SECONED AND "I DON'T KNOW" IS ON 3RD.

does anybody have GPS data I can up load to my phone to make sure3 I'm taking the right turns??
I may, if not I can easily fetch it in an hour 10 minutes or so

1:05:56. You take the green number one which doesn't exist on the map.

@@fullthrottleenduro6889 No kidding. It's a absolute cluster fuck, but I still love it. And I'll love it for the rest of my life. :-)
You said you missed your turn. How would you know you had missed a turn. The map is useless.
