being 75 years it's not easy to listen to loud rock music, but couldn't believe the sound of your band, it was so refreshing and to me it was a peaceful enjoyment, maybe it's the sound of the instruments, what ever it is, please don't lose, maybe it's the tempo, it's not irritating at all, thanks and peace to all of you. PS you all put on a great show
man there is no trace of the lack of their social synergy once they start performing. this band always interested me, a collaboration of masters of their respective instrument.
I know this is two years late, but It was a dream come true getting to see y'all play at SXSW! Y'all were amazing!! Definitely my favorite SXSW! Thank you so much for coming to Texas.
i think because there's some language barrier with the interviewer being an american or they're too polite by their nature to make the translator do too much translation. or tired i dunno
It's because they're all crowded together. Japanese culture is quite insular and suppressive, so the fact they're in the group in a small room speaking to a non-asian face makes them feel awkward and unsure of what to say while each of them is in there to 'judge' what they're each saying. But if it's just one or two of them with an asian face they're more open or gregarious.
Japanese people are rather introvert people, in addition the language barrier is not here to help them to feel at ease. We don't see the interviewer, no need to say how stupid she is, this must impact the mood of the band as well.
WOW, this was great! The interviewer was terrible! lol They are all super talented players, and the music they play is obviously shows their cohesion with each other with all the many avenues they go in it. Nice to meet all of you! You are so unique and great to listen to and watch. (videos do too much switching, but i keep hanging with it, normally i wouldn’t.) I love Beni !! and Wasabi ranks as one of the greatest drummers i’ve ever listened to. What’s funny is the bands he likes, he ranks past those drummers in so many ways, not to put those guys down at all though. Thank you Wagakki Band for making this video. This will be historic for you…despite the lame interviewers.
hahahaha lucen tan incómodos pero jodida mierfa Wasabi se ve exactamente como su nickname!!! caliente 😩😩 además de tener buenísimo gusto musical como se esperaba cof cof
Yeah, he's a guy originally... but I'm not sure if he's meaning to transition to being a woman. I did see a photo on Yuko's instagram account of her, Beni, and Asa and the description was «Ladies' picture» (original «女子枠»). So maybe we should address Asa as a she.
So did I at first. The band usually dresses as traditional Japanese characters. Asa is dressed as a oyama actor; that's a male actor who does female roles.
I just found out their band and became one of my favourites...better late than never
me too lol and it's not late at all, say that when none of their songs are available on music platforms, good music has no time!!!
hahaha, when she says: "we are all so excited" and looks around to get some acquiescence and there's just crickets XD Love this band
00:15 Ibukuru looking at Wasabi like: "Bitch Introduce yourself"
😆😆😆

I could listen to Yuko talking all day...💖❤️💖❤️
same here. I really like her voice and her lovely smile haha
so would I (and I don't even speak Japanese :-))
AMen Brother! - She is one super hot lady. classy too. she does not need to expose her v..... to get accolades. Long live the Wagikki band!
what a singing voice too..my favorite to watch is Beni..i have never ever seen a shamisen played like that!
Asa is so beautiful, love him😍
wow, they're *really* different from what they are on stage
love!!
The band is so quiet and awkward but Yuko keeps it lively at least XS

Amazing band! Awesome music!
nws, at this rate, as their popularity increases exponentially, they will be interview veterans no time :)
6:46 Slipknot YEAH!
Seems like they’re kinda shy during the interview. But on stage their energy is awesome.
It's so funny how they're so quiet taking turns, without them knowing it

at least give them proper chair, oh god....
They're going to have to do a USA tour. I can see it coming......

Yes , for the first time i saw this band , i always thought that asa is female But , Damn XD

Asa is ... gender fluid, on stage. That being said, yes, Asa is the most beautiful man I've ever seen.
@@yogiyahya8341 Yeah, got me, too.
😂😂
Anybody else shocked when tgat Asa started talking?
There very respectful
That's all it is
💘WB Band ⛩✌⛩
damn bassist is so beauty but... -_-
Hehehe he's a boi tho
@@fridatak1362 I have seen about 100 videos of them and I always thought he was a hot chick. Great bass player no matter what.
0:28 Machiya discovered Kiyoshi's eyes lol
well, they got their wish, they went on an American tour!
What's the name of shamisen player?
Beni Ninagawa
My like Wagakki bean japanese metal song
Why do people think that asa is a female !! When i first saw him i immediately recognize him as a male 😐
Uh, coz his dressed like one?
Same, even if he crossed dress you can easily tell he's a male 🤷
あと和楽器バンドに足りないのは英語力だけかな
若手の山葵がちょっと古めの王道バンドを挙げる中まっちーのスリップノットの主張感
確かに好きそうww
Whatta. I new to this band. I thought the bassist is girl. Deyyumm
Surprise bruh!
XD
تف عليكم ليش القاء ما مترجم😠😠😠😠
Wasabi could not handle a good old American burger? LOL - Yuko did not like that comment (so guess who's the boss?)
Oh...The bassist is a man?I thought he was a girl😂
