When I’m gonna get myself a truck, this is the forklift I’m gonna buy.
I like the idea of protecting the investment by having a storage "garage" of it's own. I'd use it if that's all I had to use, but I be happier with convenience of 4x steer wheels too. It would take this to a whole different level of convenience. Articulation is nice, but when space is an issue, have a near perfect 360° pivot point is crucial. 4 wheel drive, 4 wheel steer + articulated!! Now THAT would be a nice machine.

I received a flyer for one of these in the mail not too long ago but it was all spec'd for a military unit. Being in government and handling disaster response this is intriguing. But, it would be nice to see a couple of changes. While I traditionally like Diesel over other power packs, this unit either needs to be hybrid with battery capability or changed to a propane unit so you could use indoors. It would be great to offload pallets of food, water, medical supplies, and other equipment then take it directly into a building where it is needed. Make it small enough to fit through doors too! If my John Deere tractor can fit through a 4 foot opening then there is no reason they couldn't make this unit do it.
David the mines have high flow air with positive and negative air pressure. Also, many mines ai have heard of use electric power inside, a diesel is only used in areas with lots of air flow.

it could use riding option for long distances . this take a long time to mount/ dismount compared to moffett type lifts .
Samething i telling this dude who commented under me it makes no sence to long when u could jus take an odenary forklift an do the say side shift with out atriculating 1), (2) an ordinary forllift turns in the rear at a much wider angle apx to 180 degrees which this shit cant do and (3) only thing left to do for an ordinary forlklift left to do over rough terains is to jus change the tires only difference ordiany cant fold and be transported like that but still can be transport by any truck or means so my point is its pointless except for the use in natural desaster to go where ppl or anyother cant go
@@wildlifemovements7843 not every yard or delivery point has its own forklift and this saves having a moffett hanging off the back of the trailer which will help with tight access

My thing is, the folding away sort of means you need to conserve space but it takes up more lateral room then a normal lift. Also it has a lot of surface area and would fit between most racks in a warehouse or freezer.

Very cool. But as a couple of posters have said before. Make it all electric. So the truck can keep it charged. 4 wheel drive and steer and articulating. And 4 ft wide. So you can go between the pallets. But needs a true side shift, power adjustable forks, and a ride on operator perch. What is its dressed Tare weight?

This thing looks good from a stability point of view, and the zero overhang aspect of it. That said, it is very slow to load, unload, or maneuver. It also doesn't turn very sharp at all, so it is not suited to tight quarters like a piggyback. Speed and maneuverability in multiple stop & drops is key, and this thing needs to be seriously addressed in that regard.
This may well be lifted from a training video ... chances are, like other types of truck mounted forklifts, that it can move faster than that, but then it wouldn't be a training video if you push it at actual operating speeds ...

That's not side shifting, that is twisting the load which is not ideal. This should be fitted to the rear seeing as moffet trucks already mound there

Depending on the model we recommend using stabilizers for loads that are heavier than 1000kg.

The weight capacity can't be very high, there's no real counter balance and the load doesnt seem to go back between the front wheels far enough. Tip hazard.

nah, better overview on foot. you sit all day in your delivery truck, no need to sit while unloading!

@Omar Williams but its the same as an ordinary an ordinary folklift has an automatic transmisson backward nutral and forwad up and down levaes etc right all the did was put all those functions in a remote controll box
