That’s your issue, try not to be rude and demanding toward others, besides the soundtrack is fine. People don’t have to cater to your tastes and you shouldn’t expect them to. If it bothers you just turn off the sound and go to the listing for more details.

I'm guessing the humidity is pretty bad in August (the farmers' market then is at night) but basically looks like southern California weather with probably colder winters?? and more scorpions in summer??!!
The Dordogne is actually pretty dry in the summer, the heat can be a bit overwhelming during the day which is why the farmer's market happens at night when it's more enjoyable. We do have cold winters there, sometimes even snow, but no scorpions at all 😉

@@user-zp7jp1vk2i Totally agree for the chickens, I do have some. The pool is quite far from the house and behind the trees, so a distant and ideal position. It's also ideal to share it with guests due to the pool house & large terrace / size of this pool.

Love the stonework the main house is a comfortable space and works well. The outbuilding conversion is a little too small and as such the asking price of over 1m is a bit much imo.

The land is absolutely gorgeous, it features tropical trees, Landscaped gardens, woodlands, fields suitable for horses and much more. That place also has beautiful views over the magnificent countryside of the black Perigord.
Beautifully renovated, but the open bathroom, a toilet without a door for privacy???? Not to my liking!
That is a really a usual thing you know, especially in houses renovated by British people. The toilets often are in the bathroom. As a French person, initially I was also a bit surprised and skeptical years ago, but in fact I’ve even done the same in my own gites that I rent and now most hotels feature the same sort of bathrooms / shower rooms with toilets in it. ( Cyril - leggett videographer ). Ah, and there are doors in fact, they slide, or they were opened while filming. I tell you, this property is one of my favorite I’ve filmed this year, perfect 🤩 I fell in love with it instantly, the garden and the barn are so beautiful, the vaulted guest apartment is a masterpiece. Sometimes I film properties that I wish I could live in, or buy, this is one of these.

And the side wall which is seperating the bedroom and the bathroom looks like it is not touching the ceiling! That was my concerne! I don´t mind, having the toilet in the bathroom, but everything open! Thank you for your kindness to clear this misunderstanding!
