- Patriotic Alliance leader, Gayton McKenzie says the ANC-led government has forgotten the plight of ordinary South Africans. McKenzie accused the ANC of being obsessed with the affairs of other countries whilst South Africa is faced with its own challenges including poverty, inequality and unemployment. He was speaking at the party's ten-year celebration held in Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Saturday.

I think he’s unrealistic& sounds unpresidential. Illegal immigration is a definitely one of our many pressing problems in ZA but it’s not the only thing…think he’s too focused on it. How will they make the economy more equitable, how will they deal with citizens committing crime& the failing police service service…how will that be fixed so crime becomes expensive and punishable in this country?
