Noooo waaaayyy, the long black screw that holds the motor is the worst screw I’ve seen in my entire life. None of my tools besides the garbage hex wrench will fit so it ends up taking the better part of an hour to take it out and put it back 😂
@@V8chumpyou don’t take the screw out, you leave it in and take out the silver screw which he did in the video. While not touching the “long black screw”, turn the motor closest to the receiver box (might have to take the box out) and then simply slide it out
Hey now I know how to change a pinion gear
My spur gear slides forward and back? Is that normal before putting everything together?
Mine has a little bit of movement, how much movement are u talking?
Can I keep the factory pinion gear and put a 46t spur gear in?
That's a good question I'll have to look, I've never tried that.
How fast did this gearing go?
How did you get the 25t to fit??
U have to remove the black receiver box next to the motor and u have to give the motor a good push downward and really push it in there.
If I also have to change spur so do I have to move esc out ?
I've put one on before without moving it, its just a really tight fit. I would just say move it cause it makes it way easier.
@@hawaiian-hurricane2284 thanks!
Easier to just slide the motor out
