The trick appears to be in the way the stem of the flower is cut and treated. She does not seem to water the 'plant' after the initial watering though the banana leaves will keep it cool. Quite often such videos do not reveal crucial information or techniques.

Зачем насыпать грунт в горшок, потом делать лунку, потом вдавливать в грунт растение? При этом обламываются корни и они могут начать гнить. Лучше держать растение в горшке одной рукой, а другой рукой насыпать грунт с разных сторон. Корни при этом будут целыми.
