I'm green with envy! What an adventure! One suggestion is-use pot lids while cooking the crab to keep in the heat and use less gas! With the shell fish-same thing using a small metal bowl to cover, keep the heat over them, and open the muscles sooner! That grouper might've been tasty tossed into the crab water while still hot! Thanks for the inspiration fellas'!

Hey mate just a quick tip when cooking squid tubes you should get a little spikey stike then close one end with a spiky stick then fill it with your favourite flavored rice and cook it in a pasta sauce and it's amazing then close the other end

Those giant squid are only truly delicious if you save the ink sac , use the ink to make a sauce mixed with chilis & coconut milk . Briefly grill then douse with black ink/coco sauce sautéed with garlic ,green onions, some chilis. Family fishing business got me eating as a child the best of what the ocean gifted decades ago.
