The main part of this "stop" needs to be questioned, here's the deal the "Fed's have all kinds of tools to "track, trace, spy," that are not known by public because the legality of it. the Feds often inform PD of major leads, these are called "whisper stops" - basically telling local pd to find a legal reason to pull over or stop a person

You know what is disturbing? Watching people fight for basic care they've PAID FOR for years. And get claims denied, delayed, and more. People have died waiting. They tried to deny a pacemaker for my brother in law in his 30's who needed it due to a congenital heart condition. He could have DIED waiting and left his family of 4 without a dad and income. This Brian whoever doesn't get a single shred of sympathy from me, I'm more worried about what I'll have for lunch than that person. 💁🏼‍♀️

I spent the last year watching Anthem slowly murder my husband for profit by denying the medical necessity of lifesaving surgery, then misfiling (almost certainly intentionally) their own paperwork every step of every appeal process to drag it out as his body fell apart in an excruciatingly painful way. I'm very certain they wanted him to die instead of getting surgery to save money and I had no practical recourse beyond spending 10-20h on the phone every week begging Anthem in appeals not to force him to die. Anyone who's been through anything like that (a disturbing % of Americans) wasn't shocked and understood exactly how this happened.

You're telling all the people who already know this and have been asking for healthcare reform. Not sure if you're aware of how much work is being done and has been done by initiatives for close to a decade now, opposed to say just a rallying comment on YT asking for a few weeks. Citizen groups propose laws or amendments, petition for them to be put on ballots, then you vote on it if it's included. If it is passed, then it is implemented. I would remember that instead.

Liugi just did what many were thinking. They make such a big deal about that CEO's death... what about ALL the people he killed by denying them life saving healthcare? My thoughts and prayers are to Liugi and his family.

Last I checked medical insurance wasn't a right. Maybe y'all should figure out why it's necessary instead of hailing a murderer who shot a man in the back as a hero. And all of you people are sanctimonious hypocrites who almost definitely would've stood in his shoes if you could've. I meet more people who would stand on me to stand a little taller than people who wouldn't.

@Nicholas-ze5vv Maybe I’m not so bright but please explain why insurance is so necessary & how it actually helps the average American. Last I checked, many people have an issue with it so there is clearly something wrong with how medical insurance is being handled in this country. Healthcare should be a right for any civilized nation.

It is condescending to read editorials or hear news announcements state that the "killer is not a hero." Well, a person who covertly murders patients by denying health care coverage in order to make profit is far from admirable and in the eyes of many, this CEO was not a victim.

I'm one of those weirdos that feels a twinge of sadness when an insect gets squished. All that to say I was also a little surprised to find I had very little to no empathy For the CEO .
