Another question: If a foundation has really deep concrete beams throughout and at the perimeter (36"+), obviously you have to meet the inlet height of the sewer, so I assume you just use a foam wrap when going through a concrete beam? Is it important to have the foundation layout so that you know when you are crossing through a beam, or should you just get into the habit of wrapping everything in a foam sleeve? Thanks!

Can you use a trencher to do this also? I was thinking about trenching the footings and trench the pipes at the same time to save on rental fees.
