Talking of NHS, today I had an appointment with my cardio-respiratory consultant at the hospital. Except i didnt see her. I was seen by a pharmacist, no doubt recieving enhanced pay for substituting herself for a doctor. She hadnt a clue about my compkex autoimmune issues. I spent most of the interview educating her.
It felt like a huge glitch in the matrix. Cutbacks are taking many disguises yet letting more people onto the gravy train at the cost of standards of care.
An agenda to destroy the NHS.

What cutbacks? NHS spending has continually increased from 4% of GDP in 1973 to 9% in 2023. There were 11,700 doctors & 68,000 nurses in 1948. 115,000 doctors & 217,000 nurses in 2018.

NHS has long gone. It's just operating in NHS/Logo name only. Everything has been sold off. They just haven't told us yet. In 2016, when Theresa May was the Prime Minister, bother her and Jeremy Hunt made several visits over to Kaiser Permanente to discuss private health insurance. Shortly after that in 2016, the STP's were implemented (Sustainability Transformation Plans) and then shortly after that the STP's then went to ACO's (Accountable Care Organisations). We then also saw more PFI's (private finance industry) appear bidding for contracts. The highest bidder got awarded the contract(s). At one time, Theresa May and Jeremy Hunt were even discussing what they termed 'Hospital Lodging Fees'. As we know, all that's been taking place regarding the NHS is nothing new under the sun. It's been going on for decades. It makes no difference if it's Labour/Tory because whoever is 'selected' it's always a continuation from previous Governments.

@@Benzknees I've worked in the NHS on the frontline for 38years. The last 10 years before I retired in 2017 I saw incredible cutting back in terms of standards of care and nurses and midwives on the frontline. What we have now are many more middle management in fancy uniforms on inflated pay grades- basically professional meeting attendees, called "nurses" or "midwives" except they are not giving quality care, merely shuffling protocols and policies around on their Zoom meetings. Go onto any busy labour ward at night, where there should be 8 midwives and you'll be lucky to find 4 or 5. Anyone who complains about safe staffing levels is dealt with by the usual gaslighting and ignored or warned to shut up, or....

Probably spent around 20 hours of waiting from for a simple drain of fluid and wasted five people's time.
The NHS is a shining example of how inefficient government are. It's so badly managed.

Add the unemployed to that and for every 2 people that actually generate wealth 1 person lives solely and parasitically off their contributions. It’s absolutely unsustainable and of course

Thanks Nigel. Excellent video. Always happy to see when you’ve done another one.
My son will be leaving. I’ll be staying, for now. I love my country, what it was at least. So think I should stay to battle it out. Although the economic aspect (debt meaning we’re bust and our creditors are taking over the state) may be the underlying cause (along with deadly sins beneath that), there’s another aspect being driven by the creditors it seems to me. And that is this: we are being put in a kill box (military style). Every policy they bring in contributes to more people being brought onto a conveyor belt to premature death. People can sense it even without knowing what’s actually happening. We can sense a darkness. It happens when unnatural death is near. Natural death when someone has faith and is going to the father is entirely different. The dark cloak I have felt from observing the independent statistics since 2020/2021 saps the lifeblood from one’s soul. From that point one can rebuild. It’s like a reverse cremation! From your ashes you put yourself together again, just this time without all the lies and preconceptions one had as building blocks before. One sees lies and truth as they are, rather than inverted. Very liberating experience, even as the physical prison/kill box closes ever more tightly around us in UK.

Measuring it so can see whether could move ‘ fridge’ to river. Maybe Dec-March. When looking at electricity consumption it’s the fridge and freezers, on all the time, that are the thing that ties us to the grid dictates.

    From the Guardian -
The UK’s biggest and richest private schools are in line for substantial financial windfalls as a consequence of the government’s plan to impose VAT on their fees, according to official new guidance issued by tax authorities.
A document issued by HMRC on Thursday made clear that, once registered for VAT, independent schools will be able to claim back the tax they have paid on capital projects such as buildings and land acquisition completed over the past 10 years.
They will also be able to now claim VAT back on operating costs and are developing significant capital projects on which they will also be able to claim the VAT back.
In short, the taxpayer will now be funding 20% of their running costs and capital projects. It is a windfall gain to the privileged independent schools at the expense of the taxpayer. 🤦‍♂
