I got to meet him when I was in college after he spoke. I talked with him and thanked him, and asked if he would sign my bible. He stopped, looked at me and said so kindly, "no son, only one author of this book". I smiled and thanked him for his lesson in humility,he nodded and gave me a tired(from preaching) sweet smile back. Love this man, he was truly a man of God.

Dr. E.V. Hill is probably my all time favorite preacher. Once I start listening to one of his sermons I can't stop. No other pastor has been able to hold my attention like Dr. Hill. Doesn't matter if you're white, black, brown or whatever. His sermons apply to everyone yesterday, today and tomorrow. The word of God applies to us all and no one has ever delivered God's message better than Dr. Hill.
