Still Boreloleolus on pull? Seen the top locks on warcraftlogs all cast it after 30-35 seconds (didnt check Tindral specifically, just in general tho).

you might have found it by now but putting this out there in case someone else comes and looks (like I did) - I found it in the Northern Sky WA, it's under Fiery Growth group called Fiery Growth Assign. Just like the smoldy seeking inerno they stacked a list on top and so it wasn't showing up / obvious for me - moved the list and freedom assign away and stuck the fiery growth assign in the middle of the screen like Kalamazi had his.
