- On Monday, March 20, Argonne, in collaboration with the Better Scientific SoftWare (BSSW) organization, conducted a half-day workshop on how to make the most of the complex HPC systems users will be working with.
In this video, Argonne’s Rob Latham discusses a software tool for storage called Darshan which helps scientists and computer programmers understand what is going on in the many layers of a software storage stack, giving visibility into hidden details to help provide insight into how to improve I/O performance and data management.
