They’re in front of the circle, but very very slightly on the left. Moving the framing a little on Spiritspeaker State should work! 😄

This puzzle is soo trash, i have done the same thing multiple times before seeing this tutorial and nothing happen. Then today i somehow the enemies appears after few tries

what is the spirit speaker state?
When you hold skill with an Iktomisaur or you aim with Ororon to interact with special graffiti and such. It’s needed to solve certain puzzles ☺️
