I know I haven't been active as a Sickling for a bit but trust me when I say that the only way the bullying and parasocial problem is gonna start sorting itself out is if you actually put your foot down Hex. I know you can only do so much while the stream is live but that doesn't mean you can't do anything. Let them know that kind of behavior is not acceptable or at all tolerated in your fandom. How can viewers be comfortable in a stream knowing that they could get attacked at any minute just for donating a few dollars in supachats to their oshi? How can a healthy fandom be sustained like that if it's known for hurting others? They need to know they aren't welcome here before it festers into something much worse.

I agree I am not a sickling but I really do love the sickling fandom and I do want them to be happy and safe but until Hex put his foot down and say this is not welcome in his fandom parasocialness is not welcome in his fandom, bullying is not welcome in the fandom so the other viewers and chatters and other people in the fandom will feel safe. If he doesn't put his foot down it is only gonna get much more worse from here. There is a lot of changes thaf need to be made to make this fandom feel so safe because just seeing a lot of the sicklings being scared to interact with others from their own community and being scared to say something in chat because of this situation honestly hurts my heart and I know Hex is tired of the conversations and i'm sure his famdom is too but until things change this situation will only keep getting worse and will keep popping up.

I know you can't solve all the problem yourself. but still I believe you can do more than you said you can. bullies are not some spiders happened to crawl in your house. they meant to hurt people and acting that way. yes, blocking those would be easy, 'Don't feed the trolls' right? but sometimes you have to act up to defend something you love. you said you can't do anything behind the stream but I've seen other livers(yes, niji EN livers) doing more than just saying 'block them'.
it's just sad now. I thought this community was warm and safe place. I thought, here was truly our cozy place. I mean lots of sickling is! lots of them are such a wonderful people. but toxic people are spreading like a wild fire. if you don't want to see it all burn out, you had to take action. I know I haven’t been here in a while but.. Please, protect the people who genuinely care about you. 🩷 This is an issue that made a lot of people who loved you and adored you leave, not because of you - because of the fear, anxiety they experienced because of the bullying. As much as I understand you can’t get involved too much, setting a clear boundaries, acknowledging the problem the same way you did a year ago would mean a lot to everyone.. nobody is expecting you to fix the issue, they just want to feel safe in the community and continue to support you.. 🖤 People who care about you would never try to gatekeep you, act like you’re their toy and say they will stop supporting you if you will or will not do something. I miss your streams a lot! I know you've been sick and that makes me sad but never ever think you're a bother or a burden, never. I know you don't like to be on twt, it truly is toxic place and no good for anyones mental but we do appreciate you letting us know when you have to cancel a stream.
