This is great thank you so much. I'm a 52 year old woman, just getting into a little more intense exercise- a some basic strength training and mild intervals. The 30:30:18 is perfect. Last week I did it and just now I did it and added 12 more rounds. I like both 18 and 30.. This is really what I was looking for and didn't know it! My next goal in a couple of months will be a longer interval 1:00 work : 2:00 min rest. If you'd be up for making such a video, I would use it, thank you again. You're voice is perfect, your encouragement is great. I appreciate that you made these videos.

What kind of exercise do you guys do with 30/30? I was doing it running up and down stairs and now doing it with maxi climber (not crazy about the maxi climber tbh but since I bought it I can’t not use it)
If you google HIIT exercises you can find a bunch, it just comes down to what works for you. I am a fan of the treadmill and bike and then I might mix it up with pushup and sit ups or weights.
Hey Life Profiler, could you do a track with 30/30/60? I have a workout for 30 holding a position, 30 moving in that position and 60 running/roping/resting. I'm not that good in editing tracks, so if you could do one or show me how you do it, I'd appreciate it a lot. Thanks!
