I watched all five of your videos I thought it was very interesting. I see you put long tube headers on on the headers how are you able to connect them to the existing pipe? Thanks, Lee
I want to install custom exhaust from mid pipes down to axle backs, BBK 62mm twin throttle body and an Airaid Race CAI. After these mods I’d like to get a tuner. Do I need to tune it before starting it back up? Do I need to custom tune it because of all those mods or can I just use the performance tune it gives me?
I just got an 05 mustang gt and it came with a tuner with tunes on it, so I'm not sure if I can still download more to go with the new parts I'm going to put on the car
Heck yea.The ones that are on there look like they come from the 90’s. I want to go black, possibly matte. I am personally not a fan of chrome or gloss finishes.
Hope you reply man, been following your Xterra videos I have a 2005. I have replaced the water pump, timing chain tensioner, burped my new coolant, thermostat, radiator and reservoir caps. My truck is still overheating. No coolant loss after the burping. I got a code P1217 and P0113 which is the sensor I believe. P1217 from what I researched is very broad but by cancelling out everything new that was installed, I am left with the ECM and the sensor, should I continue to DIY or do you think that is something I should take to the shop. I saw your video on the sensor replacement behind the intake manifold area.
If you changed all that and its still overheating is it really overheating maybe your gauge is reading wrong hook up an old school gauge and get a real temp reading
Prob one of the best cold start ups I have ever heard.
Thanks man! Loving the sound already
Once the tune adapts I will do another video with just a cold and warm start with my current config.
hahahahaa
Dude! This video is amazing. It may seem painstakingly slow but every detail is addressed and explained. Thanks
Glad you like the video. I appreciate you checking it out. 💪🏻🤘🏻
Very informative video for a beginner like, keep up the great work! Just found your channel. I have an 06 gt that I'm barely starting to mod
That’s awesome! I’m glad to hear. I am building that Mustang out to be a track car. Should be fun!
Hearing that sweet sweet music makes all the work worth it.
You know it!
Bro thanks so much for the amazing video! Keep up the good work. I was lost on how to tune my 98 gt and this helped so much.
Thank you so much I'm glad I can help out.

You got a slight pump in power, but at freeway speed constant cruise, did it affect your mileage?

My pleasure. Happy tuning!

Great video thanks.
Glad you liked it!
What’s camshafts do you have again? Thinking of going that route 😅 sounded amazing. Even with Stock muffler.
Those were FRPP hot rod cams. Here they are: performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6550-3V I don't remember them being that expensive though. 😳😳😳
Thank you, this is a excellent video.
You're welcome. Thanks for watching!

thank u so much u are the man!!!
You're welcome dude. 🤘🏻💪🏻
yo would anyone recommend this on a v6 2008?
i need to know
I wouldent
comes down to personal preference honestly. i've seen people tune 4 bang supercharged cobalts, v6's, v8's, turbocharged etc
After you load a performance tune can you load the factory tune back in and pass smog?
Yep! You can move them back and forth at will. Just make sure your tuner take a copy of the original tune and makes it available to you,
@@Rythecarguy And I assuming that the smog tester can't detect that the tune was changed?
Did you have to change your fuel injectors? Or did you just run the stock ones and change the o-rings?
Don't even think I changed the o rings
@@Rythecarguy I guess I should have asked if you changed your injectors because of the mods you did at the time you were working on the mustang.
Nice man
Any plans for wheels on the mustang

@@Rythecarguy ok cool
Coil overs as well?
Hell yea.

Definitely the ecm going out if it’s reading all the codes

I'm sorry man, I dont even have them anymore. I sold the car and got rid of all that stuff. :/
I'm pretty sure the tuner you got can auto update via WiFi
Yes but it's painfully slow

On it!!
Why did you chooose the 87 tune? Did you put on cams?
I have two tunes an 87 and a 93 race tune. Yes I have it cammed with Ford performance racing cams.
I have the same car lol
Did you buy it in Lake Mary Florida? Cause it might be my actual car haha.
