If they are close enough in age technically you can do baby sprinkles instead of baby showers because a lot of the bigger items are things you may still have and they could still be usable (i.e. crib, pack-n-play, carseat depending on how close it is to safety expiration). You may just need clothes, bibs and toys type of thing. Much more affordable
When you have health Insurance through your job, they usually pay half and you usually pay half. We have one rate for single, another rate for married, after that once you have a child... it's simply a family plan! So I pay the same for me my husband and son as my assistant pays for herself, husband and her 6 kids!

(Lack of funds for college and sometimes even food; older kids resentful over becoming teen parents to younger siblings; some seeking attention they lacked in childhood through early marriages inunwise situations; etc.) Does anyone have any positive stories for me about a large family whose kids are all grown and who are also all doing well? I would like to be optimistic that every one of these beautiful children has a healthy future.

Even if you try to give every kid one hour of the day, that's 11 hours over and there's no way these parents are able to cook three times (sometimes more with younger children), clean, put the youngest to sleep, send them to school, do the laundry, dishes etc etc etc in the remaining time. Most likely the older kids a have to look after the younger ones. No shade, but as an older sister I can't with people who keep having kid after kid.

As both a sibling from 12 and a momma to 9 I can tell you that while money certainly helps it is not what matters most. Clothing is well cared for hand me downs most like my family and this one home school and all of my siblings and myself went to college on scholarships and my 4 oldest are either in college on scholarships or in trade school on scholarships. You make what matters happen. Never were my parents or I on any sort of assistance. Remembers this family does make income from the videos which I'm certain helps them greatly. Have a great day.
