Hey man, your sounding better hope all is well with you.
So I just stumbled across this and would really appreciate some links to the reports you are referencing.
Can you please share the link for the report that you were reading?
Also do you have the info on what articles “y’all” were speaking of specifically?
It would be very helpful….And thank you!
I hesitate to say to much without reading the full story but let me just throw this in.
Almost ALL of the munitions, equipment, etc that Ukraine has received is and will be “secondhand” OR have a lot of the tech stripped away.
There’s everything from older versions of the Javelin to expired versions being supplied.
      Same with the Lgt Vehicles.
Mraps are sent in half working order, Bradley’s sent without active armor.
(Which I did hear they are going to get some sent over, for what that’s worth)
So yeah if you could provide some information that would be awesome!
      Take care my friend!
      As always, Thank You!!!!
W/ Love and Respect from the U.S.

      RUSSIS HAS ALREADY WON!!
Russia is DEMONSTRABLY A SUPERIOR SUPERPOWER vs the USA and nato! We’ve been exposed our equipment is Junk our command officers are incompetent stuck in ww2 doctrine..
      besides
Bro ain’t you supposed to be letting your vocal cords heal?
We’ve been found out to be frauds bullies whom sorbs a fortune on hardware that is absolute junk in comparison to the Russian hardware, every country not in combined west is laughing at how weak and pathetic we really are.
Many merc’s are not programmed and when they finally put together enough evidence nato is literally weaker than Russia and watching others in Ukrainian military being murdered by their own people, they are going to bug out!
This solider x is a wee bit deluded .. nowhere in the west has competent military educational institutions to teach what the Russians are perfecting C6ISR.. the USA has technology to fight C4ISR but lacks any institutional means of training command officers. The tactics being forced on the poor Ukrainian soldiers by NATO morons whom could NEVER successfully fight a Russia in a land war is just one more example of how we really are “the empire of feminine emotional liars”

Western nations, most of all Anglo ones; the amount of corruption, incompetence that's just tolerated as part of doing business by the powers that be these days is staggering. If this proxy war was 30 years ago, NATO would have replaced most of the AFU command by now, and a great deal of those booted would likely be awaiting trial. @@colinmarshall6634 which part are you doubting other than just buddy here being paranoid and thinking that someone is trying to murder him? that there are problems with corruption? that some of the ukrainian commanders are crooked and doing sketchy shit?
everyone already knows that such things happen, you don't need buddy over here telling you that water is wet and that fire is hot. it's something that happens in every military, so imagine in a corrupt country like ukraine.
the only issue is that buddy just isn't a serious person and seems to greatly overestimate his own role and the role of his little koala and kangaroo kingdom in this whole thing. buddy is out here talking about big plans to i guess have the government paying him to go around ukraine checking up on equipment or whatever and installing some system to track everything down.. in addition to also training the dudes on how to use the equipment or just outright have him and his buddies operating the hardware themselves. in addition to also having him being the main person on the ground to link up between the government of kangaroo land and the ukrainians to investigate traitors and corruption and war crimes, which he claims to have evidence of in the form of quote "papers that show that we didn't get paid".. slight difference between some retarded corrupt soviet-minded vladimirovitch commanders pocketing his 300 buck paycheck and actually having evidence of those guys secretly working for the reds or systematically blowing the brains of captured mobilized russian cavemen or selling their patriot launcher on the black market to the sinaloa cartel or the ayatollahs or the islamic state or whatever.. pretty sure we would have heard about that if that was happening and wouldn't need x-man over here to reveal everything.
but i mean the dude is literally talking about reaching out to intelligence agencies and "damn, i'm not sure if the defense secretary is aware of what i have been saying, but his office hasn't been responding to my genius ideas that could change the entire war, and neither has the CIA! damn, very disappointing!".. literally talking about how "yep yep, we have really strong and powerful plans, but nobody is listening to us" and talking about him and his buddies having this genius plan about how they could break up russia and deal with the nuclear weapons being spread across the new vodka republics that would pop up everywhere as a result of a breakdown of the main soviet commie motherland but "sorry i can't get into the details though".. that kinda gives you an idea of the kind of specimen that we are dealing with here.
so buddy has two big issues here. the first is that he seems to think that if him and his buddies just give one or two more interviews, that will guarantee that they will be given the seat that they deserve at the table with the leader of the free world and the various departments of defense and intelligence agencies and everyone else that is currently deciding the next steps in this conflict. and his second issue is that he doesn't seem to really understand numbers, so just like with other such people that have this issue, any number above like a million or whatever they can imagine just becomes some large number in their heads. hundreds of millions? billions? trillions? i don't know, all the same, basically gazillions. and that prevents him from being able to grasp the numbers involve and put them into context to get an idea of just how much his kangaroo koala land has contributed to the assistance program. yeah, if it was the united states, it would be worth putting together a system to track the stuff, and perhaps even a system that ukrainians could use to also track stuff from other countries through the same system. but the idea that koala nation with their few hundreds of millions of dollar or whatever amount they said was sent to ukraine by the kangaroos would suddenly send dingos to ukraine to track down those handful of vehicles is pretty ridiculous. a good chunk of them are probably destroyed by now if they were sent months ago, and that's just from the nature of warfare in such an environment. so yeah, properly training the ukrainians, no issues with that. go ahead, by all means. but tracking the peanuts and crumbs is just ridiculous. i have no idea what kangaroo land sent to ukraine, but if it's a few hundred millions and they sent a bunch of actual vehicles in between the artillery shells and other ammunition and other kinds of crap, i can't imagine that it would have been more than a few dozen vehicles, otherwise the numbers just don't add up. i remember reading for instance that other weak and pathetic countries like justine trudo canuckland sent something like four tanks.. yep, you heard that right. four. can be counted on one hand even after suffering a table saw accident that took out a finger. so that gives a pretty good idea of the kind of numbers that we are dealing with here. nobody cares about setting up a whole system or whatever to track a four tanks that can be wiped out in a single afternoon if they get sent to attack right on the front.. would be a waste of time and energy.
so yeah, basically this whole interview didn't really tell anyone anything new. everyone knows that corruption is happening and that ukaine is hopelessly corrupt, but we put that aside because they had been invaded by retarded bloodthirsty russian cavemen and because it was an emergency and the right thing to do as opposed to little bullshit weak limp-wristed euro-leftist style bureaucrat paperwork or whatever these two are complaining about here. the issue is what to do moving forward if the goal is to get ukraine to liberate their entire country, because that would require a bunch of extra hundreds of billions easily, and then it would be worth tracking. but just a single sad pathetic country like kangaroo land or canuckland sending four tanks and a few pairs of socks? nah.. not even worth talking about.
but i think buddy here needs to take a break and go home or something for a while, because clearly the pressure is getting to him or something. he is becoming paranoid and imagining all kinds of crazy plots and stories about shadowy figures wanting to murder him and everything. hell, a break would be good for him no matter how you look at it because if people are indeed trying to murder him, then it would be pretty good for him to get out of ukraine and go back with the kangaroos for a while or something. maybe even be able to go in person to talk to the government to share his genius plans that will change the war, right?

Grandfather realized that this was not going anywhere and deserted. He surrendered to the communists, survived the Way of the Cross from Bleiburg and was spared. Since then the push to integrate Georgia resulted in a war and started pushing Russia towards China. TL:DR; The West has forced Russia to work with China if it wants to maintain its sovereignty. If you don't think this is a fair assessment then consider how the US would react if Mexico and Canada tried to join a Russian and Chinese backed military alliance.

Something about these Western veterans going to fight in Ukraine and now finding its a different reality than the lower intensity wars in Iraq and Afghanistan doesn't sit right with me. I mean we have enabled some very radically far-right and corrupt forces in Ukraine in this bid to weaken Russia - and it sounds like some of these people are leading the Legion. These people would rather see Ukraine destroyed than negotiate so of course they won't allow Westerners to leave. Extrapolating a loss in Ukraine to China becoming more aggressive is ridiculous as well. We in the West need to stop believing our own bullshit. Ukraine is a real war, fought by two sides for whom it is existential. We don't need to be there, and we don't need to goad China into a war either. No one is ready for these types of conflicts. You don't get inside the wire and eat at Burger King in relative safety when you're fighting a near peer with artillery and aircraft.

Soldier X sounds like he's in the know, but I think he has yet to grasp that this
A: Isn't how the NATO fights wars and
B: That NATO could not fight this war with current doctrines.
Ukrainians aren't listening to his advice because they don't have what is needed to, what they can make advancements with is small scale, infantry centric patrols and assaults. I'm sure they'd like to have the Gulf War treatment, but what they currently have is WWI, or perhaps a better comparison might be the Iran-Iraq war.
He sounds like he wants to believe that there is a mission here, that what he's doing is a holy crusade against national socialist demons that have crawled their way out of hell and into Ukraine and I hope this mindset doesn't get him killed and I hope this mindset doesn't prevail when it comes time to sit down and talk peace because if you really do see your enemy like one that has to be completely destroyed and dehumanized, you'll get only get more bodies. I think a lot of people have this fantasy about fighting against an enemy like in the second world war, but they forget how many people died in the second world war

      @fogellmclovin3740 11 месяцев назад +11

@@firebird4491 NATO Doctrine might not work. Desert Storm and Iraq 2 was a textbook blitzkrieg, it actually went so well that more coalition forces died by accidents than by combat. This worked so well because of a number of different things. The main one was air superiority. 1 thing that certainly didnt harm the effort, but maybe didnt do so much in the bigger picture, were company and platoon level tactics. A NATO attack into Russian lines would only work if they could gain air superiority, if they couldnt do that, then the hypothetical NATO offensive would look a lot like Ukraines current offensive.
However, Ukraine has shown that it can do Desert Storm blitzkrieg. They showed that quite clearly in Kharkiv back in September. For them to do that again, they need a breakthrough, which is gonna be hard to achieve without air superiority.

    • @gabrielseth5142

@@firebird4491 they'd be forced to take casualties and the Americans haven't seen a disgusting casualty rate since Vietnam and they've been afraid of having that ever since. It was bad enough when not too long ago we had a 2 or 3 thousand Americans die in Iraq in a span of about 8 years. It was a very unpopular war and that reason was one of the if not the largest reason as to why.
As well American soldiers are very good at what they do. They're very well trained and very well equipped, but I think they could face a very similar problem to the BEF in WWI where they started off with a relatively small but very reliable land army that outperformed the Germans, but as time went on and they took more casualties they had a harder time adjusting to their capabilities because they no longer had professional career soldiers at their disposal, but conscripts who weren't very good at doing anything other than maintaining the status quo. Russian defenses are too thick to be able to avoid a high casualty rate, any progress gained will in all likelihood be gained at the expense of unit combat effectiveness.
The lessons that need to be learned to fight against Russia aren't being learned first hand by Americans, but by Ukrainians, I think any fight right now will only see a combat performance relatively better than Ukrainians and then after some good advances a slow grind, a halt or perhaps even a reversal. Long winded, but in short too few men and too unwilling to spend lives, although perhaps the latter's changed

      @TheDemigans 11 месяцев назад +5

Why can’t it both be true?
Its been known that Ukraine hasn’t utilized its own personnel correctly. Even Ukrainians that have experience in for example aircraft or tanks were given a rifle and said “hold this trench”. Additionally when this war started the army was still purging its Soviet heritage. And while this purge has accelerated since the war its still there. Even in regular Western armies corruption exists because all armies experience corruption. The AMOUNT changes per army based on culture and history.
You now have a split line: the old guard that has been fighting in Ukraine. They did the job and got this far, so its hard for them to question if they could have done it more efficiently or better.
Then there’s the NATO-trained troops and volunteers who are now trying to tell the old guard “you can do better”, but many of them haven’t fought as long on the Ukrainian frontline and understand the full extend of how fights happen here. For example NATO heavily relies on interconnectivenes and communication that they trains with, but don’t have much experience with the Russian EW sometimes completely screwing that over.
So both sides have things to learn from one another, but both sides think they know best.
And between all that there’s the corrupt. People who are looking out for themselves. Pavel over there has paid to be in a safe armored vehicle, he gets to have it. Hey maybe I can also take some of this gear apart, write it off as a combat loss and sell parts to nearby commanders who are in need of them because they did attack. Wait you are going to tell on me? I got a friend who can get you a job at the next assault or a trenchline we should be evacuating.

    • @gabrielseth5142
      @gabrielseth5142 11 месяцев назад +6

@@TheDemigans I don't think the old Soviet doctrine or more accurate, it's evolution from there is ineffective, outdated or laughable. Body for body, I don't believe it superior, but I think it has done a very good job at dragging down Ukraine to ita level. The Ukrainians started this war with a well equipped, professional army that had 8 years to prepare to go to war against the Russians, now in less than a year they're forcing the old, the young and the foreigner into uniform. The same thing happened with the Russian army where the battalion tactical group has given way to larger formations.
The other half of the equation is are these better, more professional methods able to flourish. These trenches have to be taken, trench by trench. If you have 60 assault troops, highly trained, highly motivated, they're armed to the teeth and they get to the trench and clear out a bunch of 55 year old convicts and then get targeted by artillery bombardment or glide bombs, they're not going to be able to hold those trenches and they might just be leaving having taken more casualties than the previous occupants of the trench.
This is the current fundamental problem with everything in Ukraine. They have the high end weapons and armor, they have the guys who are highly trained and motivated still (although diminished), but they lack the means to make sure these guys can do their jobs and the same problems Ukrainians face, are going to be the same problems NATO would face and they'd face it with a similar degree of composition, just with greater quantity and quantity isn't my concern it's that will Germany or Poland or the USA be able to deal with 100 or more body bags being filled a day potentially a few years

There is a hilarious Stonetoss comic where there's a tug of war going on. On one side, there is "don't tread on me" Libertarian facing off against a Communist. A Capitalist rushes in and races to help the Communist. The penultimate panel shows a Fascist rushing to join the Libertarian's side of the tug of war, struggling against the Communist and the Capitalist. The punchline is the Libertarian's utter confusion "Huh?"
It's an amusing observation on politics (just misses the Libertarian sabotaging their own self-interest by letting go of the rope for some bespoke fanaticism no one cares about) but it highlights why people tend to align around what they oppose more than what they agree on. We can all more easily describe what we hate, more than what we love. All that holds "Ukraine" together is common hatred of Russians. Soldier X is jewish. He hates Russians for his own invented reasons. The "Ukrainian" volunteers he fights alongside hate Russians too for their own invented reasons. For the common purpose of hating Russians, the "Ukrainian" academic interest in 1933-1945 German politics and iconography is overlooked by Soldier X in the same way the "Ukrainian's" ignore Soldier X being jewish.
And I don't even think the "Ukrainian's" are genuine Nazis, as in adherent's to the policies of Germany between 1933 and 1945. I think they are simply misguided nationalists who borrow these symbols from a defeated regime because they know it aggravates and annoys the Russians. Which just highlights how hollow their claimed national identity is. "Ukraine" is just the not Russia country. The only thing that holds the regime and foreign volunteer's together is a common hatred, not a common love. Ultimately, that's not going to be enough.
The best thing any "Ukrainian" soldier or foreign volunteer can do is tune their radio's into the frequency the Russians offer (they drop leaflets onto "Ukrainian" positions with instructions - in Russian of course so that the "Ukrainians" can understand them) and negotiate their surrender. Let Zelensky, Blinken, Nuland and Soldier X man the trenches to the death if they want to.

Even though the Russians are taking casualties, their use of arms is insane. 2 days ago a Russian T-72 or 62 charged Ukrainians and took on an entire convoy armed with tanks and ATGMs. That one tank destroyed 2 tanks, Marders and other vehicles. You see about 6-8 vehicles get annihilated.
ONE FUCKING TANK in the open took up to 20 lives in minutes, and SURVIVED. The crew were filmed yesterday I think talking about that experience. This is the reality of the war. Men are dying within minutes, hundreds a day.

Soldier X is delusional if he really thinks Ukraine is losing because of battle field commanders doing things "the wrong way" or not doing things "the NATO/Western way". Ukraine is losing because it doesn't have enough tanks, shells, aircraft and well-trained soldiers. And who is to say NATO tactics would work - this is a war NATO isn't used to fighting. NATO doesn't have the expertise in how to deal with minefields while under fire or how to cross large open terrain when you lack air and artillery superiority. Fundamentally, Ukraine is losing because it can't fight a war of attrition.

One of my biggest concerns with giving Ukraine all this advanced Western equipment and vehicles was always how they were going to use them. Without proper training, support and tactics we could give them 100 Abrams, 100 Bradleys and enough ammo to invade Chicago, but if the UA doesn’t know how to use them, or decides to use them improperly it’s just a waste. Sending a single Leopard with two BMPS to assault an established trench line is asking for failure.

I wander how long will it take for people like "Soldier X" to figure out that Australia or more precisely "Western Civilization" outside of US in general do thing the way they do not because of "lack of accountability" or even corruption, but because they simply do not care about Ukraine and do it to get proper optics to counter pressure from US. They do not care to help or save Ukraine - just show master "see I did good". US also does not care about Ukraine, this conflict is a distraction for internal socio/economic issues as well as a great way for a lot of politicians to line up their pockets, as well as destroy military complex of other countries within "Western Civilization" and completely replace them with US based one.
In short, all he complains about is "by design" and this is why it will never be fixed.
