Do not buy from these people. They sold me a Google Pixel 4a 5g that is locked to Xfinity. I can't get anyone to fix it. And Xfinity won't fix it because I didn't buy it from them. I'm guessing if everything works out ok you are good but if you have any kind of issues it will not be fixed.
I feel like it’s subjective because there are different sellers on the site. So some may not be as good as others. I’d say Maybe research the seller for the particular product you’re looking at buying to see how their customer service and business exchange is. I’m sorry you had a bad experience 😖
