Painting With A Marble! / Acrylic Fluid Art Pour!

- The marble pour! This is one of my all time favorite techniques! This is the most fun you can have acrylic pour painting!
All you need is acrylic paint, floetrol and a marble!
I find that a 5/8 inch steel ball bearing works best, due to the extra weigh! But play around and find what works best for you. It’s too much fun not to experiment and try new things!
All of my mixtures are the same at roughly 1/4 paint to floetrol ratio.
I prefer liquitex acrylic paint.
Most importantly have fun!

Getting caught up on your Masterpieces! Love how the colors married. The composition creates a beautiful union. 👏🥰🐰❣💕🌟🙋🏻♀️
So beautiful and watching the process is soothing and live the music. Couple questions and I apologize if you have answered these in the past... 1. How long til dry? 2. What is your sealer of choice? 🤔

Beauty. Wondrful composition!
Thank you very much!
Yeah, this will have to be my first marble pour. It won't look like that, but I gotta give it a shot.
For sure! Thank you!
@@BRTurnerART I just did my first one. Like I said, it looked nothing like yours. You got those great shapes going on and mine didn't look a whole lot different than a dirty pour. It's nice and I'll keep it, but wasn't what I was trying for. I don't know what the problem was yet. Maybe ran the marble around too much.
That’s great!
Thank you 🙏
Shout out to your Dj as well.
Thought there would be more orange. But the orange stripes are great almost like brake lights on long exposure photos. Thanks
Awesome! Thank you 🙏
Feeling penguins with this one, lol. Very cool!

You must have been good on old school video games. Good Compliment!!
Thank you very much!
simply stunning
Thank you
Your understanding of the movement of paint gave your painting depth. I love this pour so much but would also like to see you paint with some different color combinations occasionally. (Just to see what they might look like)🎨👍🏼🙃
Thank you! What colors would you like to see?
Metallics with colors, any colors, but just a few mixing with the metallic colors are beautiful.
Just stunning!
Thank you 🙏
Love this! 💕 These colors are fantastic💥😎
Thank you very much!
Excellent. I see some tropical fish 🐠 I think there are some fish stripy like Zebras? Thanks
Thank you, for sure! 👍
Very nice
Thank you
Another gorgeous pour. Quite stunning. Question: why do you use the same colors over and over? Not saying none of the paintings are not gorgeous. You are an amazing artist. It is just something I have noticed. Same colors and nearly always put down in the same order. 😊💕🤗♥
My favorites and they are more challenging the keep colors bright 👍😎
Dang....beautiful!!
Thank you 🙏
Always amazing!👏👏👏👏

Is that a metal marble? Can I use a regular marble? You a great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you! Yes a 5/8 inch steel ball bearing 👍
@@BRTurnerART Thanks
thanks!
I tried Home Depot etc.N G.Where can I get one.I can't wait to try your painting.
This is fab. Could you please share your paint mixtures?
Hiya I'm such a fan of your work I think your puts are amazing. I tried one and let's just say. Didnt quite turn out the way I wanted..... would you mind my asking what colours do use use. Well I know yellow orange etc. But the name. And the ratio of mix. Think I had mine to thin. Only if its not to much trouble.
Many thanks cerrys x
I use liquitex acrylic at around 1/4 paint to floetrol ratio 👍
@@BRTurnerART thank you I appreciate the time. I live in the UK and managed to get Australian floetrol which is quite thin. Maybe I'll try the American one. Thank you again.
I do totally love. How hard is it to keep that marble afloat?
Thank you! It’s not too hard at all, it’s a ton of fun!
since you use floetrol, shouldn't there be cells? I love this technique.
Thank you! Depends how you use it 👍
Appreciate how you layer your colors and the ombre effect you gey. Question: The paints seem pretty thick on the canvas, do you ever have an issue with cracking when they dry? Thanks!
Thank you! I’ve never had one crack on me 👍😎
Instead of BR, your new name is Magic Hands🙂
РОССИЯ. 👍👍👍💖💖💖
Thank you 🙏
Hola, me gustan mucho sus cuadros tan astractos, me podria decir usted. porfabor donde puedo comprar estas pinturas, blanca y cris que pone primero en el lienzo gracias un saludo cordial.
When I mix my Amsterdam paints with US Floetrol, per your ratios, they seem really thin. No way would they maintain separate layers if layered in a cup. ( I thought I wrote you use the 4/1 with all your techniques). I was trying pouring puddles then using a marble. Would you please show your consistency, how it’s dripping and making mounds on your next marble vid? Thanks
I use liquitex acrylic paint mixed with floetrol at roughly 1/4 paint to floetrol ratio 👍
@@BRTurnerART thank you. That’s what I did. I just stated the ratio backwards in my question. I used 4:1 floe to paint. Still really thin. Still would appreciate you showing one running off stick.
Sorry to bother you but since I am having trouble can you give ma an example of what was your measurement exactly. Mixing a fluid with a kind of solid. I used 80 mls of floe then added tube paint ( Amsterdam) until the liquid got to 100 mls. Seems very thin to me. If you give me your exact measurement for each thing, that will get me started. Thanks!!
Love it.
Thank you 🙏
