If Awaiza erased Deku's quirk then most likely he wouldn't be able to use any of his quirks. Awaiza has already shown that he is able to erase more than one quirk at a time provided they are in his field of vision when he activates his quirk. In season 1 he disabled three villains at once.

None of that can POSSIBLY be tied to OFA’s core right? Even though the passing ability is also in that core. Because the 1st user made contact in the same way. Soooo…if these people can all use the passing ability…they likely all had the extra quirks. It’s not time yet for Nana, but who is to say it never came later? And All-Might has extensive knowledge on the history of OFA, despite the brothers era being WELL over a century if not 2 centuries now, and the government erasing it from history because they don’t want to admit AFO once controlled the country. What interests me about Monoma’s quirk is while he draws a “blank” when copying One for All he still technically copies it he just doesn’t have the stockpile or accumulation that One for All currently has so no enhanced strength. So technically what he copies is the original form of One for All that the first user had, so he could in theory pass that on to someone else within 10 minutes (like eating his hair or something) and start a new One for All as he already confirms the effects of the quirk he’s used remain even if he copies or activates another copied quirk (if he makes a screw big it stays big even though he is no longer using Rule’s size quirk and he cannot use 2 quirks at once). If that did happen Monoma could essentially become a tool for All for One to mass produce human weapons, it’s very unlikely to be the case but just made me think when I first read this arc
