Hello, I'm currently facing an issue and I'm hoping you can provide some advice. I'm working with metallic vinyl (gold), and I'm adding a white ink background to the artwork. However, I want to have text show through in the gold vinyl material. When I set the text color to standard white and the background to grey-white (RDG white) in Illustrator, VersaWorks doesn't render the text properly; it just shows the entire thing in white. However, if I have a black or any other colored background and leave the text in standard white, it shows up in gold. This issue only occurs when I'm printing with a white ink background. I hope this explanation clarifies my problem. Apologies for any confusion. any advice or tips is appreciated.

Is there a way to control the opacity of the white channel? In other words a way in which I could control the density of the white that gets printed form within the file itself?

I think if you lower the opacity with the fill control that MAY work.
