One of the many ways to eat crab and there's many kinds of crabs. One way my Dad prepared and cooked the crab for example this kind of crab. 1. First, on medium to low heat, sautee chopped one whole onion in regular oil, olive oil if you prefer or any oil of your choice. Immediately, add a teaspoon of salt. Sautée until translucent. Next, add two diced garlic. Sautée until your you smell the garlic aroma. 2. Turn the heat to high. Add to the big pot, 1/4 water. Next, add one pound of long green beans cut in two inch length, add one whole, white onion cut in quaters, add two diced garlic into the pot. Boil for 10 minutes. Shortly afterwards, add 4 whole, ripe, large tomates cut in quarters. 3. The heat still on high, add the clean, uncooked crab to the big pot. Add water to completely submerge the crab. Ensure that there will be no liquid 5 inches to the rim of the big pot. Boil for 20 minutes. 4. On medium to low heat, add 3 cans of coconut milk. Add some spup to remove the excess milk from the can . Mix well with a spoon. Careful of the vegetables. 5. Turn off the stove. Proceed with caution. Remove the crab onto a tray. Separate the legs from the body. Carefully remove the shell from the body. Pour soup with vegetables in any bowl of choice. 6. Continue with caution. Remove the meat from the shell and add to your bowl of soup with vegetables and the amount of rice to your liking or place meat on a separate dish. Garnish with a lemon-soy sauce or vinegar-soy sauce mix with diced onions and chopped hot pepper. Note: Eat comfortably. Eat happily Eat heartily ❤.
