I was waiting for one of your rods go wrap round like it usually does on the river Tom !!!!!! Never mind buddy …… When I lived in Teesside back in the day it was always said there was some nice fish in there. There was supposed to be some Pike as well someone told me but that was probably about 20 years ago or more. There’s got to be some monsters hiding in there somewhere. Could do with some underwater cameras and see what’s going on. Anyway, all the best buddy. 👍👍😁😁🎣🎣
@@mannycowen8357 Club still going - but dwindling membership meant we had insufficient income to cover all the rents / insurance etc. Current membership is around 20 and we just fish matches on local waters.

I would say this lake has been truly 'Ottered'.
Must be the only otters to leave no trace of their presence - no piles of scales, no spraint, no half-eaten carcasses
Stokesley AC club water until June 2017, syndicate for 12 months after that
What went wrong with Stokesley AC it used to be such a great little club years ago

Fish are supposed to thrive on neglect. Not always the case, as this lake illustrates.
They may be there just not where I was fishing.
Not looking promising Tom .
With a great deal of hard work, not to mention expense, I think it will be a great asset. I am sure members will rise to the challenge.
