I'm from Big Bear Lake California Went to school up there If you never been there you are going to fall in love with my hometown Big Bear Lake California 🐻☮️🐻
Cool Video & Nice Trip Indeed.. Glad The 1N09 Gate Was Open.. Awsum Forest Service Roads Up There - I Did it Once on a Quad Racer Back in The Day With a Few Extra Gallons of Gas Haha Highland Into The South Side of Big Bear And Back Down The Next Day 🤠🇺🇸
I did Clark's grade in a 2004 Tacoma preunner rear wheel drive not a jeep of course but I made it with no issues at all I stayed at a flat spot....clarks grade to skyline take the right and its in the right hand side no markers easy to find
I have lots of video content but not enough time to edit! Haha. We just had a baby back in July (third child) so my hands are a bit full currently but I do plan to start editing again soon!
I tried to hit this trail but it was closed. Cool thing is I got to explore pretty much the whole mountain going many different routes for about 6 hours before ending up in Fawnskin. Take a map or download a map before heading out. A few times I felt lost out there.
Been wanting to do Clarks Grade for a long time but it's always closed, as it is now. Never thought of 1n09 as an option. I'll have to check if/when it's open. Looks like a nice scenic trail. Is that bridge directly on 1n09, or an offshoot somewhere? I'd like to get a picture on that. Thanks!
Looked like a lot of fun. What are you using for your navigation; was that an iPad with an app? I’m pretty close to that area. Hit me up if you want a tag along. Great video.
Thanks, Robert! I'm using Gaia in this video but have since moved to the OnX app. Both are great, but the OnX app is much easier to use and learn. Thanks for watching!!
Nice set up of cooking utensils , overkill for sandwiches.
Great edit man keep me coming!!
OXOverland Family Adventures thanks bud! Means a lot coming from you!

Awesome trails, That’s my backyard. We spend a lot of time up there.
Do you know if it’s open?
@holstercraft6166 going to head there next week, any swimming holes close to the trails?
Gotta love that luci light on the dash, lol.. I do the same exact thing. Love the vids and I want that lc200 so bad.
I hope the water didn’t mess it up! Looking forward to part 2 to see what happened.
Rad video! Sub’d
The end...this is exactly why I don’t full send through water crossings :) hope it wasn’t a big issue.
This would be a great place for me to check out
