Hi, you definitely do I'm afraid! You don't have to pay anything for the first 5 years but then you start to pay interest. Then when you repay the loan you pay back the same % of the property value that you borrowed.
@@mortgageadvice.vantage that should have been disclosed on the gov site itself, I can't believe that hasn't been included. Seems a bit backwards the help is only temporary and then hiding the fact it has to be paid back, when on the site itself it specifically says you don't need to repay it
